Thomas Babcock

Thomas is a PhD student in Communication Studies and an Assistant Debate Coach at KU. Thomas debated for Johnson County Community College and Wichita State University, qualifying to the NDT four times and reaching the elimination out-rounds in 2022, 2023, and 2024. He has coached high-school debate for the last six years, achieving numerous national qualifications and state championships. He holds an A.A. in Liberal Arts from Johnson County Community College, B.A. in Political Science and M.A. in Communication from Wichita State University.
